Web browsers should have an "Only send Referer to same site" option; I don't
mind web sites knowing what links I followed between their own pages, whereas I
may well care about them knowing where I came from. Similarly, "Do not disclose
these URLs in Referer" would be handy for not exposing internal pages; I see
lots of links from localhost to the rawdog pages, since that's where people
keep their own rawdog output.
