A nice, simple GTK2-based outliner, that just provides an editable treeview and a few buttons (or a context menu) to manipulate it. Output could be OPML, or, more simply, a text file using initial tabs for indentation. This would be good for manipulating an expanded version of this ideas list, for instance.
