Credit/debit card providers are getting increasingly concerned about fraudulent sales: people ordering goods with a card that isn't theirs. As a security measure, some vendors will now only ship to the billing address for your card. This is irritating if, for example, you prefer to have things you've bought shipped to your work address.

I'd like to be able to specify an arbitrary set of addresses that are legal shipping addresses for my credit card, and to be able to alter these fairly easily (for instance, via a secure web interface or by talking to a telephone operator). This would allow me to say that it's OK to ship products to my work address, while still having my bills sent to my home address.
