About cdsuite

cdsuite is a command-line CD ripping tool, aimed at people who use the filesystem to manage their music collection.

cdsuite is written in Python. It reads audio from a CD using cdparanoia, encodes it into wav, Ogg Vorbis, MP3 or FLAC, and names the generated files appropriately using MusicBrainz. The filename formats used, along with various encoder options, can be customised.

For more information on what cdsuite can do and how to use it, see the README file included in the package.
